Shipping and Returns
We appreciate you choosing to purchase your equipment from HealthCare International! Once your order is processed, the average delivery time is 5-7 business days depending on your location and, the dealer that you have purchased from.
Your order will either ship via UPS or Freight depending on the size of the equipment you have purchased. You can locate the shipment method for your unit at the bottom of the specific product page.
UPS Shipments: Your order will be delivered directly to your door! A UPS Tracking Number will be assigned to your shipment so that you can track its progress and confirm delivery. Equipment shipped via UPS can easily fit through your door.
Optional White-Glove Assembly
If needed, white-glove delivery service can be arranged with a third party installer. White-glove delivery is ideal for customers who require someone to bring the product inside their home, assemble the unit, and dispose of the packaging.
Return and Refund Policy
New Product- Only new products purchased within 30 days directly from HealthCare International can be returned to us. All returns must be in the original packaging (including pallet) and in a re-sellable condition in order to qualify for a refund. Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee and the customer is responsible for shipping charges to and from the delivery address. If applicable, white glove costs will not be refunded.
